An account is needed in order to utilize the Reservations Office’s Virtual Event Management System (VEMS), to reserve a room.

NOTE: No more than two (2) names of persons allowed to submit requests for your organization. This will also update the your student account in RecWell.

The reservation books opening date for events and meetings you would like to hold in academic spaces will be Wednesday, August 23, 2023.

NOTE: You must be a member of a registered student organization with a Virtual Event Management System (VEMS) account to reserve a space in the EUC. Your organization should submit a VEMS Account Request form that will identify which two members of the organization will be allowed to submit requests for their organization.
Your activated VEMS account will allow access to the on-line reservation system used by UNCG Recreation and Wellness (RecWell) .
ALL reservation requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
You should read and become familiar with the Reservations and Event Management policies.
Reservations can be made in two different ways. You can access Virtual Event Management System (VEMS) or visit the Reservations Office in Room 221 of the Elliott University Center and complete the room request form.

Non-University affiliated groups wishing to rent facilities will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Rental and other fees will be charged.
Profit-making ventures are excluded by law from the University campus (see Merchandising Policy).
