Student organizations and campus departments may use table space in the main hallway of the EUC to share information. Merchandising activities may also take place – see the EUC Merchandising Guidelines for details. Space can be reserved using the event management system (Please note, you must have a VEMS account. Visit the reservations page for details on obtaining a VEMS account.)

EUC Outdoor Banner Request

The purpose of outdoor banners is to build school spirit and emphasize tradition by providing a greater opportunity to advertise events and programs to reach the University community. Campus-wide events and programs are defined as any activity that provides one or more of the following opportunities and is open to the entire University community: educational, social, recreational, and/or cultural. Find complete guidelines and the outdoor banner request form here.
