Rates and Fees

Unfortunately the EUC Reservations Office cannot provide all services, spaces and equipment at no cost. But, we do strive to keep our prices at a very nominal cost. When you are planning an event please be sure to figure in any of the costs below that you may have.

No rental fee is charged to affiliated student organizations, student study groups, or university departments for use of space.  University departments are charged rental fees when hosting conferences and/or camps.  Those rates are listed below under Academic/Administrative Departments.  Also,  fees are assessed for special services provided by Elliott Center staff, for special room arrangements other than standard set-up, for catering and for equipment.
