EUC BOOKS OPEN FOR 2020-2021

The University will be continually assessing the safety of holding events and will provide as much notice as possible should we deem that public health concerns dictate that an event needs to be canceled.

The reservation books opening date for events and meetings you would like to hold in academic spaces will be Wednesday August 26, 2020 at 10:00am.

About the Process:

For Students
  • You must be a member of a registered student organization with a Virtual Event Management System (VEMS) account to reserve a space in the EUC. Your organization should submit a VEMS Account Request form that will identify which two members of the organization will be allowed to submit requests for their organization.
  • Your activated VEMS account will allow access to the on-line reservation system used by UNCG Recreation and Wellness (RecWell) .
  • ALL reservation requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
  • You should read and become familiar with the Reservations and Event Management policies.
  • Reservations can be made in two different ways. You can access Virtual Event Management System (VEMS) by clicking the logo to the right
    (VEMS), or visit the Reservations Office in Room 221 of the Elliott University Center and complete the room request form.
 For Faculty/Staff
  • You should have a Virtual Event Management System (VEMS) account to reserve a room. Click here to obtain an account.

For Community Members
  • Non-University affiliated groups wishing to rent facilities will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Rental and other fees will be charged.
  • Profit-making ventures are excluded by law from the University campus (see Merchandising Policy).
