About the Process:

For Students
  • You must be a member of a registered student organization with a Virtual Event Management System (VEMS) account to reserve a space in the EUC. Your organization should submit a Student Organization VEMS Account form that will identity which two members of the organization will be allowed to submit requests for their organization.
  • You should read and become familiar with the Reservations and Event Management policies.
  • Reservations can be made in two different ways. You can access an online form
    (http://reservations.uncg.edu), or visit the Reservations Office in Room 221 of the Elliott University Center and completing the room request form.
 For Faculty/Staff
  • You should have a Virtual Event Management System (VEMS) account to reserve a room. Click here to obtain an account.

For Community Members
  • Non-University affiliated groups wishing to rent facilities will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Rental and other fees will be charged.
  • Profit-making ventures are excluded by law from the University campus (see Merchandising Policy).
